Never above you, Never below you, Always beside you

Imagine the world where people are equal. Social, academic, and political classes are vanished, people with the same mental capabilities sharing land and resources equally.

Social life is a reflection of an individual's relation with the people, economy and education. Just like in the world of matter and atoms, likely atoms bond together and form a stronger element. This stability eliminates the chances of bringing together unfavorable elements. A world where the poor can not challenge the rich even get along with him/her is undesired. Seeking the lifestyle where everybody is equal will fasten the progress toward better life, it will eliminate the special cases. Such cases are when a category of people are employed to satisfy the needs of others, when depression controls the lines of the employed sector due to the fact that they can never achieve what their employers did

In such in equal environment, people will not be treated based on their ethnicity, religion, or physical abilities. This will bring everybody to the same dinning table. An Indian engineer is as smart and handsome as Italian actor, a basketball player is as rich as blind piano player, and no religions issues can put people on different boats.

It is crucial to have professions and sciences in a living environment, but it is highly dangerous to have gaps between the professionals and amateurs, scientist and sophomores. We are seeking a better life in the sense where skills are appreciated regardless of it's power.

Technology is a useful servant but a dangerous master

The aim of education is the knowledge, not of facts, but of values.

Children are not things to be moulded but people to unfolded

Mahirap maging isang enhenyero, arkitekto, doktor, guro o maging isang boksingero.

Reflection: Change is the end result of all true learning

We learned again more in this quarter of tags and everything. We discuss and it's not easy as pie but we successfully do it. We discover so many things in this lesson.

Yes we encounter a lot of problems while doing it because it's our first time to do it and it's really hard but then we have teacher who is guiding us in doing it correctly. And we're all amazed when we see the results of what we made.

As far for now we're all doing well. I hope we still do it again and hope that I can share it also to others what I have learned.

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights

The commemoration of the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty will take place on 17 October 2018 at UN Headquarters in New York under the theme: “Coming together with those furthest behind to build an inclusive world of universal respect for human rights and dignity”.
This year marks the 70th anniversary of the proclamation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is important to recall the fundamental connection between extreme poverty and human rights, and that people living in poverty are disproportionately affected by many human rights violations.
Joseph Wresinski was one of the first persons to highlight this direct link between human rights and extreme poverty. In February 1987, he appealed to the Human Rights Commission to examine the question of extreme poverty and human rights and eloquently captured the nexus between human rights and extreme poverty with his profound observation: “Wherever men and women are condemned to live in extreme poverty, human rights are violated. To come together to ensure that these rights be respected is our solemn duty.”

Government policies alone cannot create the social inclusion that is fundamental to reaching those left furthest behind and overcoming poverty in all its dimensions. The commemoration of October 17 each year, when people living in poverty take the floor and share their experiences, demonstrates how we can achieve greater social inclusion by enabling people from all walks of life to come together to respect the human rights and dignity of people living in poverty. It underscores the importance of reaching out to people living in poverty and building an alliance around their priorities with citizens from all backgrounds to end extreme poverty. It recognizes the important mutual roles and relationships we have with each other based on our common and equal dignity.

The International Day for the Eradication of Poverty can strongly complement such initiatives because it aims to ensure that the active participation of people living in extreme poverty is a driving force in all efforts made to overcome poverty, including in the design and implementation of programmes and policies which affect them. Only by creating and nurturing a genuine partnership with people living with poverty will it be possible to build an inclusive world where all people can enjoy their full human rights and lead lives with dignity.

Always question, Always wonder

For me, the theme means that we must discover our own inner potential so that we can contribute to technological advancements in our own little ways. Our passion for something can lead us to find ways to make our work more efficient. Contributing to more efficiency is a technology in itself because it helps us make our life easier.

If we discover our potentials as early as now, we will know more about ourselves such as our strengths and our weaknesses. If we know these, we can capitalize on our own strengths and improve our weaknesses so that we can contribute to our society. Who knows, we might be the next scientist, architect, engineer, doctor, teacher or officer out there. Regardless of what occupation we might have, if we accentuate and capitalize on our potentials, we can surely make a difference to make this world a better place - just like how technology does it.
